Gregory Manchess: The Making of Above the Timberline

Meet award-winning artist Gregory Manchess, who will discuss the making of Above the Timberline, his dramatic illustrated story that was a decade in the making. The book and original artworks on view trace the compelling journey of the son of a famed polar explorer who searches for his stranded father and a lost city buried under snow in an alternate future. His talk will be followed by a painting demonstration and a book signing. Free for Museum members.
