Join composer John Myers, Crescendo artistic director Christine Gevert, and documentary producer Rich Bradway for this conversation about Paintings in Song—nine musical works inspired by the art of Norman Rockwell. John Myers and Christine Gevert will offer insights into the creative process and compositional highlights.

Free for Museum members, or included with Museum admission. $10 for the panel discussion only.

Concerts:
The full premier of Paintings in Song: Visions of Norman Rockwell, will be performed by singers and instrumentalists from Crescendo Chorus and Youth Singers at  St. James Church in Great Barrington on Saturday, April 1, and at the Kent School in Kent, CT on Sunday, April 2. Order Tickets here

It is with gratitude and humility that we acknowledge that we are learning, speaking and gathering on the ancestral homelands of the Mohican people, who are the indigenous peoples of this land on which the Norman Rockwell Museum was built. Despite tremendous hardship in being forced from here, today their community resides in Wisconsin and is known as the Stockbridge-Munsee Community. We pay honor and respect to their ancestors past and present as we commit to building a more inclusive and equitable space for all.
