Remember Saturday morning cartoons with cereal on a TV tray? From the late 50s through the 80s, animation powerhouse Hanna-Barbera created most of America’s favorites: Tom and Jerry, The Flintstones, Jonny Quest, Scooby-Doo, Super Friends, and many others.

Explore the creation of beloved characters and television programming that spans generations. More than two hundred works are featured, including original animation art, sketches, model sheets, archival materials, toys, products, and interactive activities.  Read more…

Land Acknowledgement

It is with gratitude and humility that we acknowledge that we are learning, speaking and gathering on the ancestral homelands of the Mohican people, who are the indigenous peoples of this land on which the Norman Rockwell Museum was built. Despite tremendous hardship in being forced from here, today their community resides in Wisconsin and is known as the Stockbridge-Munsee Community.
