THE ART OF BREWING
An Artful Beer Tasting with Collective Arts Brewing
Monday, August 6
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m

Collective Arts Brewing in Ontario, Canada commissions artists to adorn their cans and curates music to accompany each craft beer. Bob Russell, the company’s co-founder, will attend to discuss the relationship of artists and advertising, and the work that has given their products a unique twist. Russell was inspired by Norman Rockwell’s illustrations and advertisements in his formation of Collective Arts Brewing. The brewery aims to highlight the creativity of craft beer through the incorporation of original artwork that they receive from around the world.

Following Bob’s discussion of the intersection of art, illustration, and advertising, join us for a party on our Terrace. Meet some of the commissioned artists, and enjoy an evening of music, hors d’oeuvres and Collective Arts beverages! $25, $15 members.

Tickets will be available at the door…

Land Acknowledgement

It is with gratitude and humility that we acknowledge that we are learning, speaking and gathering on the ancestral homelands of the Mohican people, who are the indigenous peoples of this land on which the Norman Rockwell Museum was built. Despite tremendous hardship in being forced from here, today their community resides in Wisconsin and is known as the Stockbridge-Munsee Community. We pay honor and respect to their ancestors past and present as we commit to building a more inclusive and equitable space for all.
