Annual Norman Rockwell Scholar Symposium
Illustration and Its Histories: New Resources, New Voices, New Directions
Sunday, March 29,
10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Did you know the Norman Rockwell Museum is the center for American illustration and related scholarship? Come learn what scholars think about how illustration art defines the cultural narratives we play out, often unknowingly. See presentations from the Rockwell Center Symposium created in collaboration with the Hunter College Department of Art and Art History. This program, originally held on March 27, will be streamed at the Museum with a discussion by Chief Curator Stephanie Plunkett and Chief Educator Mary Berle.
