Art, Mindfulness, and Self-Reflection

Enjoy these evenings of quiet contemplation and the exploration of art as a means of achieving a state of flow, mindfulness, and self-reflection with Katie Atkinson, an illustrator who focuses on themes of wellness, personal growth, and transformation. She also works as a therapeutic art facilitator, using mindfulness to create pathways to greater self-awareness and healing. Find inspiration in the artistic process, and create a work of art to take home. Festive “mocktails” and treats will be served. $20, $15 members.
