Stockbridge, MA, May 5, 2016—In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Norman Rockwell’s first Saturday Evening Post cover, Norman Rockwell Museum will present “Rockwell and The Post,” a family day event on Saturday, May 14, from 1 to 4 p.m. View the original painting, Boy with Baby Carriage, which appeared on Rockwell’s first cover for the Post on May 20, 1916, and view our entire collection of all 323 original cover tear sheets created by the artist over the next 47 years.

Opening that day, Build a Better Baby Carriage is the Museum’s new outdoor sculpture show, featuring three-dimensional artworks inspired by the subject of Rockwell’s first Post cover.
